Wednesday Storytime at Barnes and Noble

In the summertime it is a bit crowded for us but now that school has started back up, I love taking Little S to the Barnes and Noble weekly storytime.  Storytime is held in the children’s section on most Wednesday mornings at 11am.  They pass out a cookie, read a story, and then do a craft.  They also have storytime on Saturdays.

On September 1, they will be reading The Little Engine that Could and when the story is finished they will be able to make their own train!

The best part?  It is a FREE activity!

  1. I think it is terrific that PWK list things to do with our children (grandchildren in my case) during the summer. Particularly, free or low cost.
