We had a very busy and fulfilling weekend. One of our activity choices was to head to the Navarre splash pad. We stopped by the Zoo first, and then we decided to continue driving to the park and check out the splash pad. I am putting this under the Day Trips category because it is a bit of a haul for us…it took about 45 minutes to get home from the park. The park was very busy and there were several major parties and activities going on, but we had plenty of room to run and play. The kids wanted to head straight to the splash pad so we got them changed into their swimsuits. They had a blast running through the water and playing with the other children.

I think we will be spending a lot of time running around in the sprinkler this summer! We didn’t hang out too long to explore the rest of the park because it was so busy, but we did check out the beautiful view…

the animals…

the playground (which was super hot because of the sun beating down on it)…

and the picnic tables. You could spend all day at this park and never get bored!
READER NOTE: I received an email from a reader who notes that the palm trees hold a major danger of splinters. Please exercise caution when allowing your children to play near the palm trees.

We took Aiden here yesterday and he loved it! He loves the water and spent a solid 2 hours running around the splash pad and hit every water stream a hundred times!
Hi,
I was wondering if somebody has an address to the park?
Thank you
I am not sure of the exact address but it is next to the Chamber of Commerce which is located at 8543 Navarre Parkway
